Perfect Health - May 12th, 2009

I have been reading a series of books entitled  "Life & Teachings of the Masters of the Far East". Wonderful series of books and worth being on your best read book list. It is on mine that is for sure. 

Within Volume 3, I came across a dissertation that was given to a group of interested listeners about the polarity of health. This particular dissertation struck a chord in me as I have been consciously focusing on my "health" for about a year. So, the speaker continued by saying that health is just another polarity as is disease, which is at the opposite end of the same spectrum. Good, bad, right, wrong, happy, sad, wealthy, poor, etc....

I thought about the statement and integrated the truth in the statement and continued to read  and I paraphrase: "when we realize that we are perfect, perfect reflections of divine spark, of source, of source energy and that this energy is perfect in it's entirety, and all else is purely a polarity and a separation of this perfection we will come to realize that health is just another polarity. If we continue to focus on health, we still will not achieve perfection as we are." 

We are by divine design, perfect, anything outside of this is a deviation from the perfection that we are. To continue to strive for "health" we will continue to create that which is a polarity outside of the perfection that we are. 

As we continue to focus on our divinity and truly embrace, integrate and understand that we are perfection all else will and does fall into place. We are  already aligned. We are already perfect. We are source expressing through this dimension of reality. It is up to each of us to consciously make the choice and through this conscious choice miracles are indeed second nature.
