Frequently Asked Questions...

What are "Axiatonal Lines"?

"Axiatonal Lines" connect the Acupuncture Meridian Lines on our bodies to the Ley Lines (Grid) on Planet Earth and this further connects us to the 5th-Dimensional Axial Universe (a parallel-dimension system as described by "string theory" in quantum physics) for the exchange of light and information. "The Reconnection" (Our Personal Reconnection") creates these "Axiatonal Lines."

Why would anyone want to have "Axiatonal Lines"?

We utilize "Axiatonal Lines" for the exchange of light and information between ourselves and the 5th-Dimensional Axial Universe. This light and information carries the frequencies of healing and allows for spiritual advancement. To read more on axiatonal lines and light bodies click here.

What is the relationship between "Axiatonal Lines" and DNA?

"Axiatonal Lines" provide the means (axial information: architecture; structure; patterns; angles; geometry; pathway to the 5th-Dimensional Axial Universe) to bring light and information into our bodies to restructure our DNA so that we can receive the frequencies of healing (tonal information: color; light; sound; and vibration). What is a Bandwidth?

Range of frequencies within a radiation band required to transmit a particular signal.

What is a Channel?

Channeling, also called psychic reading or channeled reading, is the reception of thought from the spirit world for the purpose of communicating with spirits (non-corporal entities, spirits of the deceased, or nature spirits) and angels. The person receiving and passing on the information is called a medium or psychic. Some mediums go into a full trance, thus allowing the spirit to take full control over their body, allowing the spirit to speak through the medium directly. Other mediums use a meditative state to connect to the spirit. Some of these use automatic writing, which is the process where the hand appears to move by itself to scribble words. Others use a form of telepathy, receiving thoughts from spirit in their minds, by sensing which thoughts are theirs and which are spirits, they learn to distinguish and can pass on the information received with just as much clarity. During this form of telepathy, most mediums merge their own aura (energy field) with the energy field of the spirit, thus achieving a good mental connection. Often not only thoughts can be transmitted, but also images and even feelings. Some mediums appear to hear voices which others cannot hear. It is not clear whether this is a physical phenomenon or a form of telepathy.

What is a Frequency?

The number of periodic oscillations, vibrations, or waves per unit of time; usually expressed in hertz.

What is a Light Body?

According to various esoteric, occult, and mystical teachings, living beings are constituted of a series of psycho-spiritual subtle bodies, each corresponding to a subtle plane of existence, in a hierarchy or great chain of being that culminates in the physical form. To read more on light bodies and axiatonal lines click here.

What are Registers?

Involuntary physical or physiological responses to the frequencies; the more common ones include rapid eye movement, breathing changes, swallowing, tears, laughter, finger movements, head rotation, body movements, and stomach gurgling

What are Strings?

Simultaneously occurring parallel planes of existence; string theory is a way of looking at the building blocks of matter and energy; the most fundamental particles in the universe have been described as loops of “string” that vibrate at specific frequencies.

What are Strands?

Science has taught that in every DNA molecule in the human body, there are two strands—the basis of our genetic code or blueprint; see definition of DNA.

What are Vibrations?

A periodic to-and-fro motion or oscillation of an object; everything in the universe consists of vibrations occurring at different frequencies.

What’s the difference between Reconnective Healing and The Reconnection?

The difference between Reconnective Healing and The Reconnection is basically one of intent. The intent of Reconnective Healing is essentially that of healing, be it physical, mental, emotional, spiritual or on any other level. And, of course, to achieve the degree of healing brought forth via Reconnective Healing, you will, to some extent, experience reconnection as part of the process. It’s this "Reconnection" that allows Reconnective Healing to be so dramatically more comprehensive than the healing "techniques" we’ve had up until now.

The intent of The Reconnection is to bring us into the fullness of our inherent connection with the universe. This is done via a two-session experience, commonly referred to as receiving your Personal Reconnection. And, of course, to achieve the degree of reconnection brought forth via The Reconnection, you will, to some extent, experience healing as part of the process.

And, although the two are not completely separate processes, to obtain the full benefits of each, your Reconnective Healing sessions and your personal Reconnection sessions are to be experienced on separate occasions.

What can I expect during a Reconnective Healing session or The Reconnection? What’s the best way to prepare for it? What can I do to allow it to be most effective?

Everyone’s experience with Reconnective Healing is unique. Often healings are reported in an instant in just one session, and sometimes it takes a bit longer for a healing to unfold. If you’re lucky, your healing will come in the form you anticipated; if you’re really lucky, your healing will come in a form you haven’t even thought of, one that the universe has in mind specifically for you.

Healings can come in all forms. The best way to allow for a healing is to proceed in a state of expectancy, without expectation or attachment. Place yourself on the table, relax, close your eyes and simply notice. Observe. Become both the observer and the observed.

Be in a relaxed atmosphere, lie down on your back on a massage table or whatever other comfortable arrangement you’ve decided on, close your eyes and notice. Just notice. Withdraw your participatory thought process and simply observe when there’s something to notice, as well as when there’s nothing to notice; lie there and let go, as if you simply had a little unexpected rest time.

I wouldn’t suggest that you try to make your mind a blank or try to think of nothing. As a rule, people have trouble with the concept of thinking of nothing. The mind is always going. I suggest that you simply notice whatever it is that brings itself to your attention. This gives you something to do and has a tendency to alleviate the stress often encountered when trying to think of nothing and finding that you don’t know how. Place your attention inside your body and allow it to travel through you. Observing whatever you perceive as out of the ordinary will give you enough to occupy your mind without your getting lost in mental "shoulds" and "shouldn’ts."

Don’t breathe a special way, don’t visualize relaxing scenes or a desired result, don’t meditate or repeat mantras, silently or otherwise, and don’t "do" anything else that I haven’t mentioned that you or someone else thinks will "help." It won’t. It will simply bring about what you’re able to do on your own and interfere with you being able to enjoy the fullness and the reality of the experience. And if that’s the case, you may as well stay home. When you’re ready to let go and not attempt to "direct" or enhance the experience, when your ego is out of the way sufficiently so you don’t attempt to "gild the lily," you’re ready to experience what makes Reconnective Healing different, what makes The Reconnection real.

You’re ready to receive.

How many sessions will I need? How long does it take to have a healing?

One visit—perhaps even part of one visit—may be plenty. Generally it is recommended that you consider up to three sessions. And, although each session is unique unto itself, often something particularly notable tends to be reported about session number three.

Healings occur in an instant. What takes "time" is for the person to "decide" to accept the healing. If you receive everything you’re looking for by your first, second or third session, it’s time to let go and allow things to unfold on their own. If you don’t receive anything by your third session, Reconnective Healing may not be the appropriate way for you to receive what you’re looking for at this time in your life. Again, you may want to let go and allow whatever might unfold to do so. You may choose to return in three, six, maybe even eighteen months. The only time I might consider a few more sessions is either: a) if a new situation arises for you; or b) if you’ve been experiencing clear, recognizable, consistent improvement over the first three visits and it looks as if there’s a little more to go. At that point, I might consider a few more sessions. After that, I would again let go and allow it time to unfold. Reconnective Healing is not about regular visits or "touch-ups." You do not need to come in for "weekly" sessions or on any kind of an "ongoing" basis. Once you have your session(s), you "own" your change, your healing, your evolution. It’s yours. No one can take it away from you. Ever.

What medical conditions does Reconnective Healing heal?

Reconnective Healing ® helps to restore a person to a state of balance (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual). Two people with the exact same diagnosis can have completely different healing results. Dr. Eric Pearl, the chiropractor turned internationally-recognized healer who teaches and propagates Reconnective Healing world-wide, writes:

It's not the disease or infirmity that heals, it's the person. And no matter how much I explain this in my seminars, there seems to be a continual flow of questions about whether this disease or that disease can be healed."
(Dr. Eric Pearl, "The Reconnection", Hay House, 2001, p 142)

How is Reconnective Healing different from other forms of energy healing such as Reiki, Jin Shin, Johrei, Qi Gong, and Pranic Healing?

Dr. Gary E.R. Schwartz, PhD, and Dr. Linda G.S. Russek, PhD, of the University of Arizona compared Reconnective Healing with other energy-healing modalities. Dr. Pearl and practitioners from other classical, well-known, energy healing traditions (as well as ordinary people for a control group) participated in the same experiments. Dr. Pearl concludes, based on his participation in these experiments, that Reconnective Healing compares to other forms of energy healing like the brilliance of a car's headlights compares to the flicker of a candle. He states that all forms of energy healing are valid and appropriate, but some forms of energy healing are more appropriate than others depending on the need. Dr. Pearl tells us that when he was able to work one-on-one with the practitioners of the classical, well-known energy healing modalities who participated in the same experiments, these practitioners could feel the difference and they themselves were then able to augment their own results to the level that Reconnective Healing was achieving. Dr. William Tiller of Stanford University, who has been studying the subtle energies of healing for decades, believes that the Reconnective Healing frequencies are a whole new set of healing frequencies compared to what we have ever observed on the planet before.

What is a Typical Reconnective Healing ® Session Like?

Reconnective Healing ® Practitioners usually ask their clients to lie down face up on a padded massage table. They then instruct them to relax and "let go" and be ready for anything that is about to happen while they proceed to work with their energy. Each person responds differently.
Some people:

  • Fall Asleep. The majority of people report that Reconnective Healing ® is very relaxing. Many people will fall asleep almost instantly during their Reconnective Healing ® session.

  • Experience Unusual Sensations. Common sensations include: heat; electricity; sparkles; magnetic attraction; magnetic repulsion; breezes; air density changes; pushing; pulling; water; bubbles; throbbing; and physical expansion ("a space suit feeling").

  • Demonstrate Reconnective Healing ® Registers. Common registers include: involuntary eye fluttering; involuntary swallowing; involuntary finger movement; involuntary tears; and involuntary laughter. Breathing changes, stomach gurgling, and other involuntary movements are also common.

**Some people DO NOT experience any unusual sensations at all, or demonstrate any Reconnective Healing registers. Some people will feel absolutely nothing, and some will fall asleep almost immediately and remember nothing.

Spiritual Experiences: It is common (about 30%) for people to report spiritual experiences during their Reconnective Healing session such as feeling the presence of angels, or having spiritual visions. They should not be surprised by these experiences!

People who do not have spiritual experiences should not be disappointed by their own session. Not having spiritual experiences is also common (about 30%), and these people are just as likely to receive a "miracle."
